Good food doesn’t have to be fussy; quality, fresh ingredients prepared simply by a loving hand is all it takes, and it’s something I love doing! Bringing my family and friends together around the table to enjoy delicious food feeds me in so many ways; at the table, bonds are made and strengthened, children are nurtured by more than food, and memories are wonderfully created.

How to Peel an Onion an invitation to savor all the good things God has given us, to marvel at his creation even as life swirls hectically around us. It’s a challenge to slow down and find what is really important, taking out all the miscellaneous extras that distract us from truly enjoying life. To me this means living in the present without distractions and enjoying God, family, friends and, of course, good food and drink. I’m happy that you’re here – enjoy!
